Welcome to my blog page "Carla's thoughts on fitness." As a Personal Trainer, with a background in dance and currently training to compete in bodybuilding, I'll be sharing my thoughts, opinions and relaying information on all things fitness. This will cover a variety of topics such as training, physical and mental health, along with nutrition.

Look out for yummy recipes with calorie and macro breakdowns as well as training tips and videos!
