More info for "Booty Camp" Workshop

I am SO excited for the above event coming to Foxhound Fitness this October! In the past I've had plenty of ladies ask me on social and in the gym, "what are the best exercises for building firmer, rounder glutes?"

Curves are created in the gym, booty gains in particular are a result of using the right form and techniques when performing certain exercises that load the "glute" muscles (gluteus maximus, medius and minimus).

However, many ladies are not performing such exercises correctly, instead they often end up over training their lower backs due to not activating the glutes properly, therefore, don't get he results they desire.

I aim to teach you not only the best exercises for training glutes, but HOW to do them properly. I will show and explain the importance of glute activation warm up techniques as well as improving hip mobility to perform glute building exercises optimally.

This workshop will be awesome, as it is being held in a private studio with fantastic equipment right in the centre of Leicester. I have designed the workshop for a small group so I can ensure you ladies are performing everything you learn correctly and effectively.
